Factory Reconditioning

We offer a factory reconditioning service for shop press subassemblies. The subassembly can be sent to Wilson Hydraulic Repair Group, Inc. with a Purchase Order request to evaluate the subassembly. A charge of $50.00 US will be assesed for the evaluation process. Upon completion of the evaluation, an estimate of charges for reconditioning will be offered. If accepted, the unit will be reconditioned, tested, and returned F.O.B. Leeds, New York. If the estimate is not accepted, the unit will be returned in its current dis-assembled condition at the customers expence or disposed of at the customers request.

 

Field Service

We offer on-site field service or press modification and update by our factory trained and experienced service personnel. Trouble shooting services as well as emergency breakdown on site repair is available. Reconditioning, Retro-fit, and press control upgrade or modification service can be provided.

To obtain on-site field service or analysis, an open purchase order and an Advance payment to cover Travel and Expences is required. A complete schedule of field service rates and charges can be provided upon request.

When requesting field service, Contact Dennis Schneider (Service Manager) by phone or e-mail. Indicate the Specifics of the press (Make, Model, Tonnage, S/N, Shop Order No., Year of Manufacture, and Original Owner) if known. Supply a description of the problem(s) and/or modifications requested along with a desired time table for the service call. (Note: No Service personnel will be dispatched until the Purchase Order and Advance payment is received.)

 

Repair / Replacement Parts

When requesting replacement parts, specify part numbers if available along with press Make, Model, S/N, Shop Order No., Year of Manufacture, and Original Owner if known.

 

Service Training

We offer on site training of your service personnel in areas of problem analysis, preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting, and Hydraulic Schematic Interpretation and Understanding. Post training consulting is available for the Customer Service Personnel if they encounter problems troubleshooting hydraulic problems after completing the training sessions.
